These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the iModel3D website and our AI-driven industrial modeling services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
iModel3D provides artificial intelligence solutions for the industrial sector, including but not limited to:
- Transforming raw scan data and point clouds into 3D CAD/BIM models.
- AI-assisted marketing tools for industrial plant visualization.
- Automated reality capture processing.
2. User Submissions & Data Rights
- Authorization: You represent that you have the legal right and authority to upload and process any industrial scans, blueprints, or site data provided to iModel3D.
- License to iModel3D: By submitting data, you grant iModel3D a limited, non-exclusive license to process, host, and analyze the data solely for the purpose of generating the requested 3D models and improving our underlying AI algorithms.
3. Ownership of AI-Generated Models
- Deliverables: Upon full payment of service fees, iModel3D grants you [ownership/exclusive license] of the final 3D model files (the "Deliverables").
- AI Technology: iModel3D retains all rights, titles, and interests in the underlying AI software, proprietary algorithms, and processing workflows used to create the models. Use of the Deliverables does not grant you rights to the software used to generate them.
4. Accuracy & Engineering Disclaimer
- Nature of AI: You acknowledge that 3D models are generated using artificial intelligence and automated processes. While we strive for high precision, these models are digital representations.
- Verification Required: It is the user’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the 3D models against physical site conditions before using them for safety-critical engineering, construction, or manufacturing decisions.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer the AI modeling engine or attempt to extract the source code of the iModel3D platform.
- Submit data that contains malware or violates third-party trade secrets or intellectual property.
- Use the service to generate models of restricted or high-security government facilities without express legal authorization.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iModel3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from errors in the AI-generated output or reliance on the 3D models for industrial applications.
7. Changes to Terms
